• DMM/3000 — Non-contact depth measuring microscope with precise focus image shearing mechanism. Specifically designed for accurate repeatable measurements of X, Y and Z.

NSM & TMS SERIES (not shown) — Universal microscopes for routine measuring of X,Y & Z. Monocular or binocular models available.

SG-V — Universal measuring microscope combines X, Y & Z measuring with infinity plan-achromatic objectives. Models in brightfield, brightfield darkfield or multi system that includes Nomarski interference contrast.
